Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders because resources are exhausted at every step of the fulfilment process.

Can I exchange an item or get a refund?

We replace or refund items caused by manufacturing errors or that are wrongly fulfilled on our part. Email us your order number and photos of the item within seven days for our consideration.

Refunds are also given if we refuse your order for any reason.

 

How long will delivery take?

We strive to ship your orders via third-party couriers as soon as possible. Shipping duration depends on several factors such as Covid-19's restrictions, your shipping address, etc.

Therefore, expect around two to 21 business days for your order to reach you. This estimate excludes processing time, which may take up to three business days.

 

How do I track my order?

Every shipment is trackable using the link that is sent to your email when your order ships.

 

What if I gave a wrong shipping address?

Failed deliveries can be re-shipped if you agree to cover the costs.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
